    1.Where do you ship to?

    We ship to anywhere in Malaysia; both East & West! All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped out on the same day.

    2.How long will delivery take? 

    Our products are ready stock and will ship from our warehouse in Malaysia. Orders within West Malaysia will take up to 3-5 working days to reach you.

    Orders within East Malaysia will take up to 10-14 days to reach you.

    3. How do I claim my product warranty?

    4.How if my product is damaged or faulty , can I claim replacement?

    Please note that we offer 1 to 1 replacements for defective or faulty products & parts. We do not offer replacements for damages caused by user error, cleaning, self-repairs or other third-party repairs.
